Location, spa area, food, staff.
There were scheduled renovation work which we knew about. What we didn't like was that they put us up in a room where we could hear the drills and hammers as if they were in the next room. We have a 1 year old who has to take a nap.

Location, the size, the design, staff, everything was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.
I had a 5 minute phone conversation with the lady in red who’s in charge of all special requests etc about having rose petals on the bed for my wife’s birthday. Came in to the room without them. But we did get a complimentary cake, which was sweet.
